Become an HDA Member

We have been hard at work getting the HDA website back up and running, and have membership signup now functioning.  This is not just a donation to the HDA to help further our efforts, but is going to be giving you something in return.

Individuals can select from three levels- Supporter (non-member, free), Monthly Membership ($5.99/month), and a 1-Year Membership ($59).

As an individual member you can select from a monthly or yearly payment option.  Both offer the same benefits:

  • Advance access to blogs- read the news before anyone else
  • Access to the Hobby Distiller’s Association Forum
  • Access to weekly live Q&A Chat with experts in the hobby and craft distilling industry
  • Access to our growing recipes section
  • Discounts on official Hobby Distiller’s Association merchandise
  • Discounts at participating retailers (online and physical stores)
  • Access to our upcoming magazine

Manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers can join as Business Members.  A business membership comes with all of the benefits of individual membership, plus you will be listed in the Business Members section of the retail store list.  If you choose to offer a discount to our members this will also be noted in your listing.

For those who do not wish to pay for membership, but would like to be included in the

Want to donate extra to the cause?  We also have a Donation option on the Membership page.  We truly appreciate all assistance, as we will be needing them going forward as we press for state-by-state legalization.

    Hello!
I am a hobby distiller myself. I would be greatly interested in joining the group starting with a yearly membership. I am trying to sign up with an account. Please let me know what is needed.
    Thank you.

Business membership is yearly, but there are additional benefits for resellers, most important of which is the special placement in our retailer list and notation that you are a HDA Business Member. Our goal is to help drive business to the businesses that support the HDA.

Afternoon I have tried to become a member, however none of “join” options seem to be live links. Perhaps I’m missing something, or am not eligible?

    • HDA says:

That seems very odd, as we have had membership signups coming in all day. Which membership level were you wanting to purchase? I can provide a direct link to the ‘product’ page.

Hi, became a member last week, TTB is asking for a PDF copy of my membership certificate to finish processing my permit. Where do I find that or is sent to me?

    • HDA says:

At the moment we must generate these and e-mail them to you. We hope to have the membership certificates generate automatically in the future so that you can download them from your account portal.
